I’m Frank Sangellino.
I’m a software engineer and technical leader, and much of my career has been spent helping people make sense of complex problems and move forward with confidence.
That might involve software, systems, structure, or simply creating enough clarity to understand what comes next. The technology changes, but the way I approach the work has stayed pretty consistent.
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. You do not need the right technical language or a fully formed solution. You can tell me what you are trying to accomplish, what feels unclear, or what you wish worked better.
We can start there.
My job is to make the path clearer.
I have had the opportunity to work in different complex environments, and one thing I have learned is that complexity feels very different when someone is willing to help you carry it.
When we work together, I want you to understand where we are, what we are deciding, why it matters, and what comes next. I’ll ask questions, explain the options and steps we will take to get there.
We figure it out together.
You know your business, your customers, your organization, and the people you are trying to serve. I bring the engineering, technology, and systems experience.
The best work happens when we put those things together.
The answer may be a website, a better workflow, automation, custom software, AI, or something much simpler. We do not need to decide that before we understand what you actually need.
We do not have to know the answer before we understand the problem.
Technology should make you feel more capable.
The goal is not to surround you with more technology. It is to build something that genuinely helps.
Something you understand. Something that fits the way you work. Something that gives you more confidence, more capability, or more time to focus on what matters.
That is what good technology feels like to me.
What working together should feel like.
Clear, collaborative, thoughtful, and honest.
You should know where things stand and feel comfortable asking questions. You should understand the decisions we are making and feel confident that someone is paying attention to the things that matter to you.
That is the standard I bring to every project.
Wherever you are with it, that is enough to begin.
